RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WARRANTY POLICY - MAURICIO TORO

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Colombian Consumer Law (Law 1480 of 2011), customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within five (5) business days after delivery. This does not apply to customized or made-to-order products.

The product must be unused, undamaged, with original tags and labels.

Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days of approval.

2. PRODUCT EXCHANGES

Exchanges must be requested within 30 calendar days of product delivery.

Requirements:
- Product must be in perfect condition, unused.
- Discounted items can only be exchanged if defective.
- Personal use products cannot be exchanged.
- Exchange must be for equal or higher value.
- In-store purchases cannot be exchanged online.

3. PRODUCT WARRANTY

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing, fabric, and hardware defects. It does not cover misuse, accidents, or third-party modifications.

Process:
- Send the warranty request to our contact channels.
- Include full name, ID, order number, and photos.
- Our team will evaluate the claim.
- Timelines: repair (30 days), refund (15 days), exchange (10 days).

4. PAYMENT REVERSAL

Customers may request a payment reversal for fraud, unsolicited charges, defective or undelivered products.

The process will be completed within 15 business days.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND EXCHANGES

We ship internationally via FedEx (consolidator). Estimated delivery: 4 to 7 business days.

International payments are processed via PayPal.

Shipping costs included. Local taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.

We offer free international exchanges if the product is unused and with original tags.

Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
